When connecting to TECH 2U Internet Services it is our system that answers the incoming telephone call and then provides the access.
The following items have been known to prevent someone accessing the Internet.

In order of occurence frequency ....

Error 1. "Incorrect Username / Password"

The number one error on the Internet System is when you do not input the correct username and password. The system will immediately prevent you from accessing the system as part of its security.
A.Make sure you have typed the username and password correctly. It is case sensitive and must be in lower case. A capital "T" and a lower case "t" are two different characters.
B.Look to see if the "Caps Lock" is on. This will place all your typing into capital letters.
C.Open a word processor and type your username and password. Read it back. Is what you typed what appears on the screen and does that agree with your username and password. This will pick up typing errors, faulty keyboards or even if your Caps Lock is still on.

Error 2. "Incorrect Username / Password"

This error can also be generated if you have not paid your account, if your credit card on file for billing is out of date or you are using an old password. In this case please call the Support Desk.
