Using the Support Wizard
Since 1995 our Help Desk has been answering technical questions from an ever growing customer base. Over the years our Help Desk have been refining the questions they pose to customers in order to identify and solve a customers problem as quickly as possible.
We have now taken those questions along with the associated answers and created an online Support Wizard. This wizard will attempt to ask you the same questions the Help Desk would normally ask and provide you with the same answers.
This will assist those customers who wish to print out the instructions for use at a latter time and / or those customers that may need to access assistance 24 hours per day.
At the end of the procedure you will have either answered your question or will be prompted to contact our help desk on one of the contact numbers provided. These will provide the most appropriate person to answer your question either from one of our own pool of trained technical staff or from those staff provided by certain third party vendors who have indicated a willingness to provide support for their own product. (Please only dial the number indicated as other numbers will not result in having your question answered any quicker).
