My Email Program is Filling the Hard Drive
Area: Electronic mail A number of our customers have encountered a problem with their electronic mail continually growing in size. We have now seen a number of computers with mail accounts taking up in excess of 10 percent of the computers capacity. One of the reasons for this is when you delete an item it is usually transferred to the "Deleted Items" folder on your mail system and not actually permanently deleted from the computer system. To get around this problem we recommend that clients empty the "Deleted Items" folder when exiting their electronic mail systems. Alternatively you can set your system to automatically clean out the "Deleted Items" folder upon exiting by setting the automatic empty flag which is found in
