Your username and password are not working on the Mail Server The email server is a computer program that runs on a particular computer server. Once your computer finds the correct email server for your account it requires the correct "username" and "password" to be able to access your personal email bucket / box / area. Firstly make sure you can connect to the Internet and can surf a number of web pages. Find a few at random from the TECH 2U Portal if you do not know of any to try. As the same username and password is used for accessing the Internet and the email you now know if you have the correct username and password combination for the email server. Just remember they are always entered in lower case. Secondly we will check the email settings for your computer. Please select the software you use for email:
