Setting up Internet Mail on your Computer System You can either elect to recreate your user account on your system or check the existing settings. We suggest that if you elect to check existing settings and it does not find / fix the problem you should opt to recreate the email account before looking further. This sometimes corrects software problems on the computer. In either case you will need to know your "username" and "password" before proceeding. This is located on the your initial connection confirmation or from our Support Desk. To create / recreate an email account on your system
Open the Internet Mail software - there is no need to be online at the time If this does not solve the problem we need to look elsewhere.
