My problems relate to Electronic Mail
The email system can be as simple or as complicated as we wish to make it for ourselves. In reality it is a computer program sitting on a computer server. It collects email messages and either puts them into a private "bucket" for collection by the customer or sends them on to another computer server that does the same for that servers customers.
Therefore the majority of problems relate to either a customer trying to collect email from a server that does not exist or trying to access their private "bucket" with an incorrect username and password.
