Receiving Mail

To read e-mail, follow the steps below.

Netscape Communicator 4.0

1. Start Netscape and connect to your ISP.

2. Select Communicator/Messenger Mailbox or click the InBox icon (in the lower right hand corner of the window).

3. Click the GetMail icon on the toolbar if Netscape does not start to download your mail.

4. Click in the box just under the toolbar and select InBox.

5. Click on a message to read it.

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. Start Outlook and connect to your ISP.

2. Click the Send and Receive button or select Tools/Send and Receive. Your mail will be downloaded and stored in your InBox folder.

3. Click on the InBox folder on the left side of the Outlook Express window.

4. Click on a message header to see the message at the bottom of the window.

5. Double click to see the message in a new window. Click on the Close button or select File/Close to return to the message list.
