Checking for Viruses

Every file you download should be checked for viruses. Run you anti-virus software on the file as soon as you have downloaded it and after you have run it for the first time.

WinZip can be set up to automatically run your anti-virus software on downloaded files.

Select Options/Program/Locations.

Enter the path to your anti-virus software (example C:/VET) in the Scan Program option box.
