A computer is a tool that is used by humans.

It is an electronic tool it requires electricity to run.

It can be defined as a collection of electronic components that can be given a set of instructions that it can follow (i.e. it can be programmed).

Without a program the computer will not work.

Without certain electronic components, the computer will not work.
