Formatting Text - Size

To change the size of your text:

Select the text you wish to change.Click on the black down arrow beside the Font Size box on the Formatting toolbar. A list of font sizes will appear.

Click on the size you want your text to be.

The list of sizes will disappear and your text will be in this size.

• Open the file Clancy of the Overflow.
• Select the whole document.
• Change the font to size twelve.
• Select the first line of the heading.
• Change the font to size 16
• Select the author's name.
• Change the font to size 14
• Select the line The Bulletin, 21 December 1889
• Set this line to size ten.
• There are two lines of stars in the document. Set them to size 14.
• Put the heading in Bookman Old Style font.
• Bold the heading.
• Italicize the author's name.
• Center the entire document.
• Bold and italicize the lines of stars.
